I have been to Carnival in Brazil twice, but never watched the full parade in my own town, bad I admit.
It has to do with having to line up on the street all afternoon to get a good vantage point, but last night I was lucky enough to have an unrestricted pass that allowed me to get up close and personal with everyone.
